We are looking for someone to oversee the financial affairs of the organisation and ensure they are legal, constitutional and within accepted accounting practice.
Ensure proper records are kept and that effective financial procedures are in place.
Monitor and report on the financial health of the organisation.
Oversee the production of necessary financial reports/returns, accounts and audits.
11 hour contract. Additional hours possible to cover sickness and holidays.
You will be part of a small team at the Park Centre which serves the local community and general public. You will be expected to assist in all areas of the café including, assisting in the kitchen, preparing and cooking food, baking, wash up and serving and waiting front of house. This position requires an all-rounder with confidence to help with food service, preparation and menu development for the store and the business. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about food, looking to learn new skills and develop within a great independent company. Experience in a busy bar or café, as well as kitchen and food preparation will be an advantage, however training is provided. If you can consistently create unique tea concoctions, excellent coffee and excited by food, not afraid of hard work and delivering brilliant customer service, then this would be a good opportunity for you. Kitchen experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
